احمد هاشمی هستم کارمند سابق وزارت امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی ایران و دارای تحصیلات کارشناسی علوم سیاسی از دانشگاه تهران و کارشناسی ارشد دشمن شناسی! یا به تعبیر آکادمیک "مطالعات آمریکا" از دانشکده روابط بین الملل وزارت امور خارجه هستم. به زبانهای انگلیسی، عربی، ترکی و فارسی تسلط و آشنایی داشته و بضاعت اندکی در مطالعه و تحقیق و دستی در نوشتن دارم. به دلیل مشکلات و موانع عدیده ای که در پیش پای من نهاده شد عطای ماندن را به لقایش بخشیدم و جلای وطن کردم.
I am Ahmad Hashemi, former Employee of I.R.Iran’s Foreign Ministry. I studied politicsin B.A. at the University of Tehran and later, American Studies in M.A. at the School of International Relations, Foreign Ministry of Iran. Consequently I joined Foreign Ministry in my capacity as Protocol Affairs Expert as well as an English, Arabic, and Turkish Interpreter and Translator. During all these four years of my involvement at the Ministry, I was always considered a problem because of my liberal political ideas and non-religious faith until I was formally dismissed at late March 2012 from my job. Yet, this didn’t bring to an end persecution, humiliations and intimidations I was facing. Therefore, I almost fled the country and since then I live abroad.
