بیانه حزب مرکزی آذربایجان در دفاع از حرکت های اعتراضی در آذربایجان و ایران

حزب مرکزی آذربایجان به عنوان صدای جنبش عدالت خواهی، برابری گرایی و دموکراسی خواهی ملت ترک آذربایجان جنوبی با صدور این بیانیه حمایت خود را از اعتراضات جاری و خیزش مردمی ملت ترک آذربایجان جنوبی و دیگر ملت ها در ایران اعلام می دارد.
این حرکت اعتراضی به علت گستردگی آن و بویژه همراهی ملت تورک آذربایجان جنوبی می تواند نویدبخش تغییرات بنیادین در کشور باشد. در جنبش های ناموفق پیشین از جمله جنبش سبز، آذربایجان همراهی نکرد تا با این عدم همراهی، اعتراض خود به آپارتاید پارسی حاکم بر جریانات و گروه های فارسی/ ایرانی از پوزیسیون تا اپوزیسیون را نشان دهد.
این بار اما، آحاد ملت ترک آذربایجان جنوبی از جمله در شهرهای تبریز، اورمیه، زنجان، قزوین، اهر، قوشاچای (میاندوآب) ، سلماس و.. به پا خاسته اند و از بازیگران اصلی حاضر در این حرکت اعتراضی بر ضد دیکتاتوری ولایت فقیه هستند. در این قیام هم مانند حرکت های اعتراضی پیشین، حق تعیین سرنوشت و نابودی آپارتاید فارسی، هدف اصلی جنبش دموکراسی خواهی آذربایجان بوده و خواهد بود.
در این اعتراضات شعارهایی که توسط تورک ها سر داده می شود نشان از آن دارد که آذربایجان جنوبی دغدغه ها و مطالبات منحصر به خود را دارد و این مطالبات لزوما با خواسته های مرکزگراها یکسان نیست. از جمله شعارهایی که در این تظاهرات ها به زبان تورکی سر داده شده اند عبارتند از: «ملت آذربایجان نمی تواند این ذلت (آپارتاید فارسی و تبعیض) را تحمل کند»، «اورمیه بیدار است و به تبریز (به عنوان پایتخت آذربایجان جنوبی) متکی است»، «ما آماده مرگ هستیم، سربازان بابک هستیم»، «زنده باد آذربایجان، کور باد هر که آن را نمی خواهد»و سایر شعارهای ملی گرایانه.
همانطور که از محتوای شعارهای تظاهرکنندگان مشاهده می شود دغدغه اصلی ملت تورک آذربایجان جنوبی «مسایل هویتی»، «حق تعیین سرنوشت» و از میان برداشتن «آپارتاید فارسی» می باشد و این اعتراضات ارتباطی به خواسته های فانتزی مرکزی در ایران ندارد که ممکن است گران شدن قیمت بنزین و مسایل اقتصادی علت اصلی آن باشد.
از این رو، ملت تورک آذربایجان تنها در صورتی می تواند بطور هماهنگ با اعتراضات ملت فارس و ملت های دیگر همراهی کند که اصل مبارزه برای کنار زدن آپارتاید فارسی و حق تعیین سرنوشت برای ملت هایی که شهروندی، زبان، فرهنگ، هویت، هستی، کیستی و چیستی شان درجه دو حساب می شود در دستور کار گنجانده شود. ناگفته پیداست که همراهی ملت تورک آذربایجان جنوبی به عنوان ملت دارای اکثریت نسبی در ایران، برای موفقیت در این کارزار و گذار از دیکتاتوری ولایت فقیه به یک دموکراسی لیبرال حیاتی است.
حزب مرکزی آذربایجان از حرکت های اعتراضی ملت ترک آذربایجان جنوبی و سایر ملت های تحت ستم مضاعف و قربانی آپارتاید در ایران از جمله ملت های بلوچ، عرب الاحواز، فارس و کرد حمایت و با آنها اعلام همبستگی می کند و خواهان تشکیل "دولت ملی"برای همه ملتهای تحت ستم می باشد.
حزب مرکزی آذربایجان آمادگی دارد با همه احزاب اپوزیسیون که با هدف براندازی دیکتاتوری ولایت فقیه و گذار به دموکراسی فعالیت می کنند همکاری کرده و اقدامات خود را با جبهه ای متشکل از نیروهای مترقی و برانداز هماهنگ کند، به شرطی که این احزاب و جریانات، معتقد به براندازی دیکتاتوری ولایت فقیه و نه مذاکره و مماشات با آن باشند، به مبارزه با شوونیسم فارسی/ایرانی و براندازی آپارتاید فارسی و جایگزینی آن با چندفرهنگی گری و چندزبانگی در آینده ایران باور داشته باشند و از همه مهمتر، معتقد به حق تعیین سرنوشت برای ملت های تحت ستم آپارتاید پارسی/ایرانی از جمله ملت ترک آذربایجان جنوبی باشند.
این اعتراضات از آن جهت دارای اهمیت است که شرایط داخلی (ضعف حاکمیت ایران و تشدید نارضایتی عمومی) و فشارهای منطقه ای و بین المللی، بویژه سیاست فشار حداکثری دولت کنونی ایالات متحده دست به دست هم داده و شرایط ویژه ای برای شتاب بخشیدن به روند گذار از دیکتاتوری ولایت فقیه و تغییر رژیم فراهم آورده اند.
در این راستا، حزب مرکزی آذربایجان مایل است بار دیگر تاکید کند این حزب از هر گونه کارزاری بر ضد دیکتاتوری ولایت فقیه حمایت و دست یاری به سمت آن دراز می کند به شرطی که این یاری و همکاری دو طرفه و بر مبنای احترام متقابل باشد. درک این موضوع شایان اهمیت است که دوران حمایت بی قید و شرط آذربایجان جنوبی از حرکت های اعتراضی در ایران به سر آمده است و پیش شرط حمایت آذربایجان از جنبش های اعتراضی در ایران، به رسمیت شناخته شدن مطالبات ترک های آذربایجان جنوبی بویژه اصل «حق تعیین سرنوشت» خواهد بود.
Azerbaijan Central Party statement in support of protests in Azerbaijan and Iran
The Azerbaijan Central Party (ACP), as the voice of the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan’s movement for Justice, egalitarianism and democracy, announces its support to the ongoing protests and uprising of the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan and other nations in Iran.
This protest movement, due to its depth and extent and particularly the participation of the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan, is promising and can spark fundamental changes in Iran. In the past unsuccessful protest movements, including the Green Movement, Azerbaijan did not join the rallies, in an act conducted to show its opposition to the Persian Apartheid that is widespread among both Iranian establishment as well as Persian/ Iranian opposition groups.
This time, however, all walks of the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan have poured into the streets, including in cities such as Tabriz, Urmia, Zanjan, Qazvin, Ahar, Qoshachay (Miandoab), Salmas, etc., and are the main actors in the protests against the Velayat-e Faqih dictatorship. The right to self-determination and the abolition of Persian Apartheid are and will remain the two main objectives of this and next uprisings, just like the previous protests in Azerbaijan.
The slogans that are chanted in these protests are clearly indicative of the fact that South Azerbaijan’s concerns, demands and aspirations are unique and are not necessarily identical to those of the centralists (Persians). Some of the slogans that are chanted in Turkish are as follows: "The Azerbaijani nation cannot tolerate this humiliation (Persian Apartheid and discrimination)", "Urmia is awake and relies on Tabriz (as the capital of South Azerbaijan)", "We are ready to die, we are soldiers of Babak", " Long live Azerbaijan!, May whoever doesn’t want this be blind!" and some other patriotic slogans.
As it is evident in demonstrators’ slogans, the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan’s main concerns are “identity issues”, “the right to self-determination” and the abolition of the "Persian Apartheid" and these protests have nothing to do with the fantasy demands of centralists to which the gas price hike or economic issues are the main components.
Therefore, the Turkish nation of Azerbaijan can cooperate and join forces with Persians and other nations only after the principle of fighting for the abolition of the Persian Apartheid and the right to self-determination for those nations whose citizenship, language, culture, identity and existence are considered second class, are included in the agenda. Needless to mention that inclusion and participation of Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan as a nation that constitutes the relative majority in Iran, is critical in this campaign and in the transition from Velayat-e Faqih dictatorship to a liberal democracy.
The Azerbaijan Central Party shows solidarity with and supports protests carried out by the Turkish Nation of South Azerbaijan, and other nations who are living under double oppression and are the victims of Apartheid in Iran including Baluch, AL-Ahwaz Arabs, Persians and Kurds and calls for the creation of “national state” for those oppressed nation.
The Azerbaijan Central Party is willing to cooperate with all opposition political parties aiming at overthrowing the Velayat-e Faqih dictatorship and transition to democracy and is ready to synchronize its campaigns with a front made up of progressive and anti-regime forces, provided that these parties and groups believe in the overthrowing of the Velayat-e Faqih dictatorship not in negotiation and appeasement; believe in fighting Persian/ Iranian chauvinism and the abolition of the Persian Apartheid, and its replacement with multilingualism and multilingualism in the future Iran, and most importantly, believe in the right to self-determination for all nations living under the control of Persian/ Iranian Apartheid, including the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan.
These waves of protests are of great significance because of domestic conditions (the weakened desperate regime and the exacerbation of public dissatisfaction) and regional and international pressures, in particular the current US administration’s Maximum Pressure Campaign, have all combined and helped create unique circumstances in expediting the regime change and the transition from the Velayat-e Faqih dictatorship.
In this regard, the Azerbaijan Central Party (ACP), would like to once again emphasize that the ACP is extending its hand to any campaign against the Velayat-e Faqih dictatorship, provided that this assistance and cooperation is based on reciprocity and mutual respect. It is important to understand that the era of unconditional support for anti-government protests in Iran has come to an end and the recognition of the Turkish nation of South Azerbaijan’s demands, especially the “right to self-determination” would be the precondition of Azerbaijan in supporting protest movements in Iran.
